M&D's Cafe started back in 1940 in the back woods of Texas wehere cotton fields grew by the late Johnny Holiday, Sr.knew he discovered the secret for great tasting bar-b-que.

He mixed tw special woods in his BBQ pit, that made an arma so tempting he said, "Thiss is IT!"
